Please be informed that our drivers only accept cash payment.
Do your drivers accept other currencies in addition to SGD and MYR?
Payment can be made with any currency. However, SGD and MYR are preferred.
Will your driver's contact details be given?
Yes, contact details of your driver will be provided to you 2 days in advance.
Are there any extra charges for Public Holidays?
There will not be any extra charges for Public Holidays.
How many days in advance should I book the limousine?
Your booking is preferred to be at least 1 week in advance, any shorter notice will depend on availability of our drivers.
Do we charge extra for flight delays?
Yes, there will be an additional charge of 20 SGD per hour.
How do I identify my driver?
Your driver will be holding a signboard with your name.
For changes or cancellation of booking:
-We will refund you the full deposit if you provide us with 14 days advance notice.
-50% of your deposit will be refunded if 7-13 days advance notice is given.
-For cancellations made 7 days prior to departure, your deposit will be forfeited.
How long can my driver work for a full day shift?
A full day shift encompasses a 10 hours drive.
Are there any extra charges if we exceed 10 hours per day?
Yes, please kindly note that our drivers will be charging you 20 SGD per hour if you were to exceed 10 hours.
Will your driver issue invoice?
No, our drivers will not be issuing any invoices. If you would like an invoice, please let us know and we will issue you one.
Is tipping required for the driver?
Tipping is not required, but feel free to tip our drivers out of good gesture if you feel that it is necessary.
What happens if the vehicle breaks down? Will there be a replacement?
Yes, we will schedule a replacement vehicle for you. The vehicle will arrive within 2 hours.
Are there any insurance coverage for passengers?
Yes, all passengers are covered under vehicle insurance.
